Mike Ode

Mike is joint owner and Director of Potential Unearthed. Mike loves to talk; in fact rumour has it he can talk under water! Mike loves what he does and is passionate about training delivery – especially Leadership/Management Development, Presentation Skills training, Train the Trainer and One to One Coaching, which are among his specialities.

Mike is our lead Training Boffin and delivers many of our courses and programmes. He can also be spotted regularly speaking at numerous business events up and down the country in his role as a seasoned Guest Speaker & Event Host (he says he’s a frustrated comedian!). As well as talking a lot, Mike loves to write our  articles & blogs. Click here to browse through a selection.
